Our Story
Built on a Belief That Every Child Deserves a Bilingual Future
Mableton International Childcare was founded by educators who believe the earliest years of life are the most powerful window for language learning — and that every family deserves access to that advantage.
How We Started
Mableton International Childcare was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that bilingual education should not be a privilege reserved for private schools or affluent families. It should begin at birth, in a warm and nurturing environment, accessible to every child in our community.
Our founders — a team of early childhood educators and bilingual parents — saw a gap in Mableton and the surrounding Cobb County area. Families wanted Spanish immersion for their young children, but the options were limited, expensive, or simply too far away.
So they built it. Mableton International Childcare opened its doors with a clear mission: to give children ages 6 weeks to 5 years the gift of a second language during the most receptive window of their lives, while providing the highest standard of care, safety, and early education.

Our Mission
To nurture confident, curious, bilingual learners through an immersive Spanish environment, exceptional early education, and a community built on trust, warmth, and respect for every family.
Immersion First
Spanish is not a subject — it is the air children breathe here. Every interaction, song, story, and routine happens in Spanish.
Whole-Child Development
We nurture cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth — not just language. Every child is seen, known, and celebrated.
Family Partnership
Parents are our partners. We communicate openly, share daily updates, and welcome families as active members of our community.
Safety Above All
Our facility is licensed, accredited, and designed with your child's safety as the non-negotiable foundation of everything we do.
Our educators are native and near-native Spanish speakers with deep credentials in early childhood education.
Safety, Licensing & Accreditation
Your child's safety is our highest responsibility. We meet and exceed every standard required by the State of Georgia.
Georgia DECAL Licensed
Fully licensed by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL), meeting all state health, safety, and staffing requirements.
Low Staff-to-Child Ratios
We maintain ratios well below state minimums: 1:3 for infants, 1:5 for toddlers, and 1:8 for preschoolers — ensuring every child receives attentive, individualized care.
Secure Entry & Monitoring
Keypad-controlled entry, security cameras throughout the facility, and a strict sign-in/sign-out protocol for every child, every day.
CPR & First Aid Certified Staff
Every member of our teaching staff holds current CPR and First Aid certification. We conduct regular emergency drills and safety reviews.
Safe Sleep Practices
Our infant room follows all AAP safe sleep guidelines. Cribs are individual, firm, and free of loose items. Sleep positions and times are logged and shared with parents daily.
Background-Checked Educators
All staff undergo comprehensive state and federal background checks before their first day. We re-verify annually.
